Conversational Studio is a digital marketing agency based in Frederick, Maryland. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and who can see it. It covers both this website and the advertising accounts we manage.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, embeds no third-party pixels, and has no forms. We do not build a profile of visitors, and we do not know who you are. Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs on our behalf for security and reliability purposes.

If you email us, we hold that message and your address for as long as needed to reply and keep a record of the correspondence.

Advertising platform data

We manage advertising accounts belonging to our own businesses and to clients who have engaged us in writing. To do that we access campaign and performance data from advertising platforms, including the Google Ads API, using credentials granted to us by the account owner.

The data we retrieve is limited to what is needed to manage and report on those accounts:

• Campaign, ad group, keyword and search term performance
• Spend, conversions, and derived metrics such as cost per acquisition
• Account structure and settings

This data is retrieved into internal tooling used only by our own staff. It is not published, resold, licensed, shared with any third party, or combined with data from other clients. We do not use one client's data to inform work for another. No external party has access to our tooling and there is no public or customer-facing interface to it.

Changes we make to an advertising account are initiated by a member of our staff. We do not run automated systems that alter accounts without review.

Storage and retention

Advertising data is stored on company-controlled systems with access limited to staff who need it. We retain it for as long as we manage the account, and delete it on request or when an engagement ends.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share client data with third parties for their own purposes. We share data only where the account owner directs us to, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

If you are a client, you can ask us at any time what data we hold about your accounts, request a copy, ask us to delete it, or revoke our access through the advertising platform directly. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will remove it.
